Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Must be able to work in a healthcare environment including patient care areas. Must possess great customer service skills and work as a member of a team.

Nursing

CNA - MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNIT

Requirements: Certification from an accredited establishment. Current experience. BLS certifications. Two (2) year previous hospital experience. Telemetry experienced preferred, not required. Must have basic computer skills, great customer service skills and work together as a team

Positions Available: (1) PRN

Hours: varied with some week-ends and holidays

Clinical Support

CLINIC ASSISTANT - ADMINISTRATION

Requirements: Must have knowledge of the working environment of a hospital clinic. Must be knowledgeable of the policies and procedures for a Rural Health Clinic setting, maintaining clinic logs and reports, payroll functions for time and attendance as well as scheduling. Will work closely with Chief Operating Officer in assisting with some assigned projects and other work that is required. Will work closely with Administrative Assistant to help cover areas when one or the other is absent. Must be very professional in interactions with all levels of staff. Critical thinker and quick learner with decision-making capablilities.

Positions Available: (1) full time

Hours: Monday through Friday

Senior Care Program

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Requirements: Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited graduate program or a degree that supports alternative acceptable license. LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or other accept license. Clinical experience with other persons and facilitating small group sessions preferred.

Positions Available: 1 Part time

Hours: Available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Emergency Department

RN - EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

Requirements: Current license State of Illinois. ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications. One (1) year previous hospital experience in the Emergency Department preferred, not required. Must have basic computer skills, great customer service skills and work together as a team.

Positions Available: (1) Full Time

Hours: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with every other weekend.

Health Information

DIRECTOR - HEALTH INFORMATION

Requirements: Bachelors degree required with RHIT/RHIA certification. 4-5 years experience in health information management. Knowledge and training in HIPAA privacy regulations and assures that the HIM Department meets all accreditation and licensing standards as required by Federal, State and Regulatory agencies. Must have coding and transcription experience and possess knowledge of upcoming ICD-10 requirements with experience in compliance. Is a professional that can maintain departmental budgets and direct all staff in obtaining, maintaining and releasing patient’s records, through implementation of policies and procedures. Manages coding process to ensure timely and accurate coding for patient billing.

Admitting/Registration Patient Intake

ADMITTING/REGISTRATION CLERK - PATIENT INTAKE

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Responsible for the registration and pre-certification of insurance information on all patients. Will be responsible to cover when needed in the following areas: Front desk registration, Physical Therapy department, both 2nd and 3rd floor Clinic, Speciality Clinic and the West Frankfort Clinic. Must have basic computer knowledge, great communication and customer service skills. Must be detail orientated, able to multi-task and work as a member of a team.
