Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for Supervisor of Respiratory Services. Position will be a working supervisor, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects and employees of the Respiratory Services department. Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay and shift differential. Schedule will be M-F and include 12-hour shifts, with rotating weekends, on-call hours, and adjustments to schedule as needed for departmental operations. Base salary range is $78,000 to 90,000 annually.
Qualifications
Requires current CRT or RRT credentials, along with a current Illinois RCP license and at least 5 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a Hospital setting. Also requires strong customer service, communication, technology, organizational, teamwork and supervisory skills, along with strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Previous supervisory experience in Respiratory Services preferred.
