Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Position will provide general medical care and treatment to patients in the Hospital’s Family Healthcare Walk-in Clinic, under the direction of a Physician. Schedule will be on an as needed basis, in accordance with Clinic hours, which are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Qualifications
Position requires Illinois licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant, current Illinois DEA Licensure, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and one-year of Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant practice. Position also requires strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, along with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a busy clinic setting.
